CMA supports 18 medical training facilities at training bases throughout Ukraine. These facilities are used around the clock to educate medics and provide practical instruction.
Effective trauma care requires more than theoretical knowledge. Medics must learn to assess severe injuries, control life-threatening bleeding, respond under pressure and prepare casualties for further treatment.
Practical exercises and simulation help trainees develop the skills and experience required to make critical decisions in demanding environments.
Strengthening the Skills of Ukrainian Physicians
CMA's educational work extends beyond frontline medic training.
We facilitate collaboration between American medical specialists and Ukrainian physicians through educational conferences, teaching missions, professional exchanges and specialized clinical instruction.
Ukrainian surgeons and other medical professionals gain exposure to advanced techniques and clinical practices through training opportunities in Ukraine and the United States.
These programs also create opportunities for Ukrainian medical professionals to share new knowledge with their colleagues.
