01MedWish MedWorks, STERIS, Southwest General Health Center, and the KOLO Foundation put usable surplus into our hands — surgical instruments, sterilizers, consumables, hospital beds. Every container we have ever sent begins with a partner deciding not to throw something away.
02Frontline Medical Ukraine and UA-MED turn equipment into skill: combat-medic courses, surgical exchanges, and conferences that pair Cleveland clinicians with Ukrainian colleagues so knowledge travels alongside the pallets.
03The Ministry of Health, the State Emergency Service, the Security Service of Ukraine, and volunteer groups working close to the line confirm what is needed, clear it, and carry it the final distance to a hospital, brigade, or field position.
04Come Back Alive, Caritas Ukraine, IOM Ukraine, Eleos, HopeUA, and Believe in Yourself run the programs our funding reaches — evacuation, prosthetics and rehabilitation, displaced families, and care for children of the war.
05Nica's Freight Group, Dnipro LLC, Ukraine Express, and Nova Poshta move freight by truck, sea, and air, and track each pallet from a Cleveland dock to a Ukrainian warehouse door.
