CMA is able to fulfill some requests from Ukraine for medical and humanitarian aid. If you would like to become a recipient, complete the aid application. Everything we send is donated, sorted, and shipped by volunteers, so we prioritize requests we can verify and deliver.
Requests may be submitted in Ukrainian or English. Questions can go to info@clevelandmaidan.org or (216) 600-1045.
Eligibility
Who can request aid.
We work with institutions and organized groups that can receive, document, and distribute a shipment. We are not able to fulfill requests from individuals for personal supplies.
Hospitals and clinics
Front-line and regional facilities needing trauma supplies, surgical consumables, wound care, or durable medical equipment.
Combat medics and medical units
Units and volunteer medical crews requesting individual first aid kits, tourniquets, litters, and training support.
Rehabilitation and prosthetics centers
Programs caring for amputees and long-term trauma patients, including mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment.
Verified humanitarian organizations
Registered Ukrainian NGOs and charities with the logistics capacity to receive, store, and distribute a shipment.
Process
How a request becomes a shipment.
Every request follows the same path, from application to confirmed delivery.

Submit the aid application
Complete the request form with your organization, contact details, and a specific list of what you need. Requests in Ukrainian or English are both welcome.

Verification
Our coordinators confirm the organization, the destination, and the need — often with the Ministry of Health or partners already working in that region.
- 03
Sourcing and matching
Approved requests are matched against inventory from MedWish, MedWorks, hospital partners, and donors. Items we do not have on hand are added to future sourcing lists.
- 04
Shipping and confirmation
Aid moves by container to a Ukrainian port of entry, then overland to you. We ask every recipient to confirm delivery with photos and a short report.
Before you submit
What to include.
Detailed requests move faster. The more specific the list, the more likely we can match it to inventory already on the shelf.
- Legal name of the organization, hospital, or unit, and its location
- A named contact with phone, email, and messaging app
- An itemized list with quantities and priority order
- Who the supplies will serve, and roughly how many people
- Customs, warehousing, and inland transport capabilities
- Any deadline or urgency tied to the request
Because CMA is entirely volunteer-run, review can take several weeks, and we cannot guarantee that every request will be filled. Requests we cannot fill immediately stay on our sourcing list for future shipments.
